Holly House is pretty centrally located to all the good sites and stuff you want to see, and just far enough to be away from the major crowds of downtown.
Perfect location! We stayed for 9 days and had the best sleep, superb breakfasts, and great camaraderie. Wished we could have stayed longer!

I am a bit of a germaphobe and I found everything to be very clean, with attention to the bathrooms. Clean and nice smelling towels and sheets and a bed that was very comfortable. Most of all, Dawna is a heck of a good cook. Honestly better than most B&B's I have been to in the past. I never left hungry and she makes everything from scratch.
Dawna was a very gracious innkeeper and her breakfasts were great! Clean, comfortable and very well located to all the main attractions in the area. We recommend this quaint inn to anyone visiting the Black Hills area! Thank you Dawna for a great stay!
Really Happy . . . .First to know is Holly House is kinda more like your mom's house. Meaning Dawna has plenty of pictures and stuff on her walls and shelves. Your room will likely have stuff in it too because the rooms are themed. However in the 16 days we traveled, the 5 nights we spent at Holly House, I got the best sleep ever on my trip. Honestly, I never felt uncomfortable at this house.
Fantastic room and host! The breakfast was delicious and room very comfy!
We stayed in the USA room, which is the smallest, however we did not suffer a bit. Large Bathroom. You may wish to check out the 'Bridal Suite' which is on the second floor of the house. Its NICE. Same can be said for the other rooms that we were able to check out. FYI
Noise? Seriously? Unless you were here during Sturgis Bike Week, you can't hear anything from the highway! And we were in the front room! This is a great B&B -- we stayed three nights and Dawna was a great hostess, great cook, and knew the area well. We will definitely come back! (Did I mention the bed was sooooo comfortable?)
