Nice friendly service, clean rooms, great location. Hard to find staff when you need something at the front desk but overall a great stay. I would recommend anyone coming to the area to stay there.
This hotel was fantastic. The staff there were pretty friendly, the breakfast was excellent and the beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft. Another thing that's great about the hotel is that the train station was nearby and it was close to Mount Rushmore. I recommend this place because it has wonderful and friendly people, the breakfast was fantastic and the beds were comfortable to sleep on.
Nice clean room, though a bit smaller than usual for a Holiday Inn Express. WiFi was flawless and easy. The pool and hottub felt super clean and pool was pleasantly warm. No one was at the front desk when we arrived, which was a bit of a bummer especially as we had a kiddo who urgently needed to get to our room for the bathroom! So check in was a bit slow. Free breakfast was quite nice with lots of options, though seating was a bit cramped. All in all a pleasant stay at a decent price while we visited Mount Rushmore.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Service was friendly. Included breakfast was better than average continental, with cheese omelets, biscuits & gravy, sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc.
