Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! We stood at the window for about ten minutes before just walking away! They wouldn't even acknowledge us what so ever. Save yourself the time and don't even bother to stop!
Bad environment, over priced and small portions
Busy place. The only two people working were the waitress and the cook. They were turning customers away because there's no staff:(
The food was alright but some of the portions were really small.
Jeez, these reviews are pretty extreme. I ate here recently and had a pretty good experience. It did take a while to get my food, the menu is pretty limited, and the prices are on par with everywhere else in Hill City (expensive). Still, the food wasn't bad; I had the pork burrito. I can usually eat a lot, and it filled me up!
We were visiting from out of state with our 5 young kids. All they wanted was Mexican food, unfortunately this was NOT the place to go. From the minute we walked in the door the waitress was rude. She told us they were out of beef, which was fine because we all like chicken anyways. Then she proceeds to tell us it will be a while because she just had a party of 14 come in. Well I looked and besides us there was only 14 people total in the place. A couple was leaving so we pushed our 2 tables together and I even cleaned off their table for the young waitress and set on another dirty table, so she didn't have too. She brought us chips and salsa, basically throwing them on the table. My 11 year old asks for cheese dip and she rolls her eyes, ignores him and walks away. At this point, I was about to lose my cool and I did not want to cause a scene, as the waitress was pregnant. We got up and walked out. It was almost as if from the minute we walked in the door she didn't want us to be there. I was very very disappointed in her service. I can't say anything for the food since we didn't get to try anything!
