Love, love. All seats are assigned, make sure you make reservations. We did the wine tasting ride. Was excellent. Plenty of wine and food provided to pair with the wine. Beautiful ride! About 2 hours round trip.
The museum is small but out boys enjoyed looking at the model trains.
My grandson Silas is wheelchair bound and non verbal. But he had a great time on the train. He was excited, smiled and was very alert during our ride. The extra attention the he got from the attendants made his day and also ours. As a family we try to do things that he will get the most out of an this is a great experience for families with special needs. Its very calming and soothing but lots of to see and do.

The depot is such a neat place and the old engines and cars are in beautiful condition. A visit gere leaves you with a good nostalgic feeling. Plus, the scenery along the railroad route is second to none.
Nice leisurely ride through the black hills on the 1880's train. The train wasn't full so we could sit anywhere we wanted. The guides added some interesting history about the region along the way.
