the three times ive been there to purchase a saw, a sprocket, and a weed eater over three years I was treated terribly and ended up leaving and purchasing elsewhere. I have spoken with others about my experience and they all have commented about similar experiences. It makes me wonder how someone so pompous could actually stay in business! SHAME!
Was here a few weeks ago for a tire repair. The owner(or possibly manager) was a total pain to deal with, very arrogant and demeaning. I told him what I wanted and he proceeded to argue with me about why I was wrong. Then, once I finally got him to agree to the tire I wanted, all he seemed to do was interrupt and slow down the guy changing my tire! I had never been here before and unfortunately I had friends with me... Very embarrassed! Won't be back.

I stopped in an month ago to just price compare products. After meeting Tim the owner i felt he was very knowledgeable about the products he offered and even ones that he doesn't sell. I ended up buying s Stihl chainsaw at the same price offered to me by a larger store in Rapid. I have heard that they will service anything so the next time something breaks down I'm taking it to Tim, because he'll do it right the first time for a fair price.
