Their various departments are well stocked and orderly making finding what you want on your own if you choose to do so, a very easy job.
The owner and employee's are the 2nd best thing about the store....they are helpful and very polite.
Prices are equal to and in some instances less than most real hometown hardware stores....with the exception of the big chain stores.

Nice people, but.... I went in today for some air hose fittings. It was a unique fitting which required a bit of thought. The guy helping tried to figure it out, then recommended I go to Who's Hobbies in Rapid City to get the part-29 miles away, so I headed there. I tried calling Who's Hobby before heading down but continued to get a busy signal. The guys there (Who's Hobbies) had NO Idea what I was asking for and asked who sent me- no pun intended...

The only suggestion I would give them is to carry a good selection of Hickory or Ash replacement handles for hammers of all styles and a replacement handle for every tool they have in stock from shovels to hooligan bars.
More than adequate variety of just about anything hardware related you might need.
Bought a hose adapter there while on an RV trip. Weeks later wanted to buy the same brand again. Gentleman I talked to on the phone went out of his way to find the item on their shelf, get me the brand and model number and I was able to source it locally. Great service, great store!!!
